First Visit Tips

  • Our worship times are 8:00 and 10:45 a.m.in the main Sanctuary. Experience worship is at 9:15 a.m. in the Church Life Center. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to service time, especially if you have children. You will find special visitor parking and handicap spaces close to the main doors. Greeters will be on hand to welcome you and help you find your way.
  • Our 8:00 and 10:45 a.m. worship is lively and lasts about 75 minutes. River Hills Community Church considers the Communion table as a gift from the Lord Jesus Christ, therefore open to all, regardless of denomination or affiliation. Experience worship at 9:15 a.m. is designed to be something innovative, something new and yet at the same time organically linked to our rich Christian heritage.
  • We have children's programs at 9:15 a.m. and during the 10:45 a.m. worship service. Your child will be checked in and will receive a security name tag. Please see the Ministries Tab for more information.
  • Dress in what ever is comfortable to you. You will encounter everything from traditional church clothes to jeans and sneakers, and everything in between. You will not be recognized or asked to stand as a visitor during worship. We strive to make our guests feel comfortable!
  • Bible studies for all ages are offered at 9:15 a.m. Greeters will be on hand to direct you.
  • Don't miss our fellowship time in the Gathering Space of the Sanctuary building from 10:15 -10:45 a.m.! You'll enjoy complimentary coffee and morning snacks while getting to know our church family in a casual relaxed environment.
  • There will be an opportunity for our members to offer their financial blessings as an act of worship during our services. While we are grateful to receive whatever gift you choose to offer, we do not expect anything of our guests but your presence.
